Preparation
Add one teaspoon (approx 2g) of Nilgiri’s Tea for diabetes, to a cup of boiling water and brew for a 7minutes, strain. Milk or squeeze of lime could be added to taste.
No sugar.

Recommended Dosage
One cup in the morning and Night, one hour after meals.
