Composition:
Each uncoated tablet contains 

Vasaka	(Adhatoda vasika	40 mg.
Huma	(Ephedra gerardiana)	130 mg.
Dudhi	(Euphorbia pilulifera)	40 mg.
Senega Ext.	(Polygala shinensis)	10 mg.
Kakarasinghi	(Rhus succedanea)	49 mg.
Kantakari	(Solanum jacquinii)	49 mg.
Balatagra	(Valeriana wallichi)	39 mg.

Pharmacology:
Huma relaxes the bronchial muscle, and is used in the prevention or to cut short an attack of bronchial asthma. Its action is due to its alkaloid, Ephedrine. Vasaka is a very popular expectorant, used in acute and chronic bronchitis. It also liquefies the Sputum. Nala is an anti-spasmodic expectorant mainly used to reduce bronchospasm during an attack.Dudhi has a depressant action on the cough centre, but relaxes the bronchi. Particularly effective in children's cough. Balatagra is a stimulant antispasmodic and Hypnotic. Kakarasinghi is useful in cough, Phthisis, Asthma and conditions of respiratory tract. Kantakari is useful in Cough and Asthma.
