Pharmacology :
Holarrhena antidysentrica (Kutaj) :It is useful in amoebic dysentry and Diarrhoea. In chronic diarrhoea & to check blood coming from stool.
Starch : Filler, Binder, Disintegrant
Talcum : Dusting Powder
Clinical Information :
Indications : Amoebic dysentry
Dosage: One capsule twice a day. Discuss the supplements and medication you take with your health care provider.
Mode Of Action :Kutaj killed free living amoebae and also kills entamoeba histolytica in the dysenteric stools of experimentally infected kittens. It is markedly lethal to the flagellate protozoon. It is antitubercular also. It inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria also.
