Zandu Rhumayog Gold Tablets
Benefits of Zandu Rhumayog Gold Tablets :

Rhumayog with gold is an orally effective format gold. Rhumayog with gold as an effective MARD corrects immunological abnormalities and alters the disease process favourably, preserves joint structure, prevents further damage and ensured greater mobility.
Gold in the form of Suvarnabhasma, a finely micropulverised colloidal from, selectively accumulates in the lysosomes of the synovial cells of inflammed joints. In addition, Gold inhibits prostaglandin synthesis and interferes with complement activation.
A combined effect of both Yograj guggul, and gold in Rhumayog with gold preserves joint structure and prevents further progression of the disease and further damage
Contra Indications :
Gold therapy is contraindicated in
- Patients with renal or hepatic disorders.
- During pregnancy and lactation and after radiation therapy.
Concomitant use of immunosuppressants is contraindicated.

Dosage :
Loading therapy : 2 tablet twice daily for 15 days.
Maintenance therapy : 1 tablet twice daily at weely intervals.
It is suggested that initial treatment with Rhumayog with Gold, long term treatment should be followed up with Zandu Rhumayog Tablets.
